IABS Publishing

IABS has published business-related articles in the Independent Association of Business Scholars Journal since 2016. We began our journey as an open-access peer-reviewed journal where authors could publish without the high costs involved in publishing. Our focus, originally on management and leadership, has now expanded into all business areas.

IABS Publishing lists all our authors’ publications with EBSCOhost, an intuitive online research platform used by thousands of institutions and millions of users worldwide. With quality databases and search features, EBSCOhost helps researchers of all kinds find the information they need fast. Our authors’ articles are searchable and globally available through DOI handling systems and EBSCOhost.

The primary editorial objective of IABS Publishing is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Education, Management, and Leadership.

Moving forward, IABS is focused on publishing the IABS Journal of Business, IABS Journal of Healthcare, and IABS Journal of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). By focusing on these areas IABS Publishing will continue to focus on open-access peer-reviewed journals providing authors publish access without the high costs involved. We are also testing the interest, for additional journal subjects such as education.

OA Policy & Licensing

Under Open Access (OA), authors receive the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licensing arrangement. The copyright for the work remains solely with the author(s) of the article. Others may distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon the work, even commercially, without asking prior permission from the publisher or author and so long as they credit the author for the original creation. All authors are required to sign an author’s warranty stating that the materials are original and unpublished elsewhere. The journal will not publish any material that has been previously published elsewhere.
